SPACE IS LIMITED!
Whether you're new to Shibari or have years of experience, our Rope Jam is an opportunity to spend an evening immersed in rope, creativity, and community.
A rope jam is an open practice session where participants gather to tie, explore ideas, refine techniques, and connect with others who share an interest in the art of Japanese-inspired rope bondage. Unlike a class, there is no formal instruction or curriculum. Instead, attendees work independently or with their own partners at their own pace.
Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where rope enthusiasts can practice skills, experiment with new ideas, photograph finished ties (with everyone's consent), or simply enjoy watching the artistry around the room. Whether you're working on fundamentals or an elaborate suspension, you'll find a space that encourages creativity, mutual respect, and personal expression.
This event is designed for participants who already have a partner to tie with. There is no partner matching, vetting, or designated monitor service, so everyone is responsible for their own decisions and safety. If you would like an extra set of eyes on your scene for safety, a staff member can arrange for someone to observe.
Our goal is to provide a comfortable environment where people can focus on the craft, spend time with friends, meet members of the local rope community, and enjoy an evening dedicated to Shibari.
